Does this 'uname -aKU' result suggest there is a 11.4-RELEASE-p4 I can upgrade
to?

As aside I have script that creates various information when I boot my FreeBSD
system. I have has similar scripts I created and used since started using Unix
as my primary system in 1999. The options of the two commands you asked for
are not currently in that script file for those commands, but the --a' is of
course for the uname command. I will add these options to the script file for
those commands. I did not attach the results of script file as past experience
suggests only subset of is needed for an issue/bug so I allow what needs to be
asked as information needed. That way clarity for issue is kept rather than
people trying to find what information is needed in the extensive output of
script my system creates each time started or even when new shell is started.
