At Netflix testing we didn't encounter any stability or performance regressions
compared to September stabweek snapshot.

My personal desktop & home router upgrade also went smoothly.

Unless anybody replies with a regression report to this email thread, let's
declare the stabilization week freeze as done by Wednesday 8:00 UTC.
