No. It's not relevant for ARM 64. It's only relevant for BIOS systems,
which are exclusive i386/amd64.
ARM64 uses UEFI exclusively for booting, and has a combined boot loader for
both ZFS and UFS
systems (gptzfsboot exists because of space limitations on x86 and the
kinda funky way that ZFS
reserves space for a boot loader).
