Widevine is a closed source product and is not shipped with Chromium.

As a workaround you can use Marcel Kaiser's linux-browser-installer [1]
to download and install Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi and Edge. The installer
first installs Ubuntu in a chroot and then the browser of your choice.
