Hello,

As you said, it's "nice to have" kinda feature I was used to, at least I know
now why and for what purpose it was removed from 14-STABLE.
That being said, I never noticed any sudden spike in cpu use or kernel panic
when I was fiddling with audio channels in 12.2. Is it also for security that
this feature was removed ?
