I'm not sure why it's called "query disk", though it probably was appropriate
when this was originally added. Now it's adds to the confusion.

Also, why is mrsasutil going off into the weeds and saying "There is no
Controller number X"? There is only one disk controller in this system, and
that's mrsas0.

mftutil / mrsasutil both correctly output information on both logical volumes
and physical drives. Refer to the new attachment mfiutil_mrsasutil.txt to see
the output.

These two systems are similar (in that they have a mirrored pair of disks as
the first volume) and then individual drives as volumes for the rest of the
drives on the controller. The first one is from a controller that doesn't
support mrsas. The second is from a controller that does support mrsas (and
needs it enabled, as without setting the sysctl the system chooses the mfi
driver, is slow and crashes).
