If the traced process exits (e.g. you no longer observe its PID in the list of
processes), then ktrace(2) definitely writes everything to the file system. Can
we make sure that telegraf indeed exists quickly after restart and doesn't the
old PID remains live until the panic?  If it does exit, then it is ZFS that
needs to be pushed to sync.  I will try to find answer how to do that.
