The panic from Matthew is different to panic from Eero, but let's keep
them in one bug report, cause both are associated with telegraf and
panic is around inp->inp_cred.

The panic addresses are very strange, especially in Eero's case, the
fault address is much bigger than size of cred or offset of cred in
the inpcb.  So it doesn't look like a NULL pointer.

Getting access to vmcore file for me and/or Mark will be very helpful.
