I'm sorry that this PR did not get addressed in a timely fashion.
By now, the version that it was created against is long out of support.
We just report what the enclosure reports. We used to report all USB devices as
removable, if I'm reading the old umass code. We're not going to change this at
this point since we've had 6 major releases with this behavior.
