Great!

I'm tempted to close this PR, but ideally would prefer some additional input
from Vlad and Tomek before doing so (please install 14.1, self-compile the
graphics/drm-61-kmod port, test and report success or failure).  So, AFAIC,
I'll leave it opened for a short while.  We can always re-open it as necessary
anyway.
