https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=276985 --- Comment #11 from Tomasz "CeDeROM" CEDRO <tomek@cedro.info> --- In another bug report I have tried to create fallback xorg.conf configuration that would allow working on a machine even with no 3D acceleration but there are several problems: 1. scfb only works on a single monitor. no multi-monitor work is possible (xinerama?). 2. two monitor work is possible only when amdgpu module is loaded. 3. when one screen is rotated (pivot) this requires xranrd and this does not work when "accel" option is disabled. 4. as described above in #c10 setting "dri" "2" helps a bit but workstation also remains unreliable. Does anyone know how to create xorg.conf that would allow working with two monitor (one rotated) setup without drm kmod linuxkpi? Such fallback would be really good to have :-) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
