[Bug 280024] keyboard is sluggish on Thinkpad T16 not Xorg/x11 but virtual terminal related

On Friday, June 28th, I did a memstick image install of 14.1-RELEASE on the
same Thinkpad that is involved above.  Once I got the
system installed (required the hint.uart.1.at fix) the same
sluggish native keyboard behaviour with vt0, vt1 and vt2.

This rules out the O/S, but may have something to do with the
T16 BIOS, or the AMD Ryzen CPU.  Using an external USB keyboard
worked as expected -- no delays.

Maybe this extra information will help you determine what's up.
