[Bug 276292] make buildworld: c++: error: clang frontend command failed with exit code 138

I had this error after every src update.
Finally i deleted /usr/obj/ and run make clean && make cleandir
after that, the following steps like buildworld, make packages completed
successfully. I am now on "FreeBSD 14.0-STABLE stable/14-7169c947a GENERIC
amd64".
So i guess the problem was on my side.
On the weekend i will try another update, i will update the ticket with the
result.
