i can't come up with better name for that somehow. maybe vfs maybe kern. it
will stay for pretty much forever so it needs to good name

debug seemed like good namespace that holds variables that doesn't fit anywhere
else. it affects time, not any fs, so, unsure. time runs in kernel, so kern?
kind of stuck here. i could look where other wall clock time options are if any

i can maybe register account on phab on myself and put it there?
