Although my commit fixes the underlying issue and ensures that the pkg caches
are not present in the next release, we do not re-roll releases at the moment,
so there will be no new release media.
This will be MFC'ed on Friday, after which new images can be generated on 14.X
branch without those files in /var/cache.
