I'm unsure if freebsd-update can cope with it, but at some point during the
llvm-15 import (which happened after 13.2 was released), the _file_
/usr/include/c++/v1/__string changed into a _directory_.

In https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/diff/etc/Makefile?id=fcaf7f8644a99 this is
handled by the distrib-cleanup target: the old file is deleted before creating
the new directory (which I assume is done by mtree).
