I'm also having this problem after upgrading to an Asus TUF x670e-plus MB which
I dual boot Windows and FreeBSD from NVMe.  Windows sees the SATA optical
drives fine, FreeBSD doesn't.  Currently on BIOS 1809 with fairly stock
settings.
