https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=270543 Bug ID: 270543 Summary: [regression] Upgrade from 13.2-RC2 to 13.2-RC5 seems to have broken suspend/resume on T430 Product: Base System Version: 13.2-RELEASE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: jwb@freebsd.org I just upgraded my ThinkPad T430 from 13.2-RC2 to 13.2-RC5 and it no longer resumes after being closed and reopened. It goes to sleep after being closed, but does not respond to being reopened. The power button continues to pulsate and the moon LED remains lit. Pressing keys and tapping the power button have no effect. The only workaround seems to be forced power down (holding the power button for 5 seconds). Suspend/resume has worked flawlessly on this laptop through multiple prior OS versions. I did also update packages at the same time, but it was only about a dozen or so, as I ran a full update yesterday. Seems more likely to be a base issue anyway. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
