Dropped the underlying interface and the pfsync interface to mtu 1300. 

Ran puppet, and that caused a pfsyncintr type crash. 

Rough night for this box, as it crashed a dozen times with the pfsync_defer_tmo
type overnight. I'm working on getting that in a debug crash.
