It looks like the correct syntax is:

${fwcmd} pipe 20 config bw  70Mbits/s burst 110Mbits buckets 512 mask src-ip6
128 

Unfortunately, no word about this syntax in ipfw(8). 

I am still struggling with making pipes work with nat64lsn though. It might be
also supported, but not documented anywhere, or not supported at all.
