Just a "me too" on a newly built system with a SN770 drive (actually two but I
haven't tested the other one yet) used by ZFS.  My BIOS doesn't report any
problem with the 3.3V rail.  The PSU is brand new and I'm a bit reluctant to
replace it at this point.

The problem isn't reproducible for me but has been been happening overnight,
even when I'm not running and the system should be idle.
