Can you print pd->sport and pd->dport, because I suspect those are the issue,
not src or dst. 

Also, you may be interested in following https://reviews.freebsd.org/D41502
because Kajetan found other issues with syncookies and IPv6, so even when this
issue is fixed it may still not do what you expect.
