            Bug ID: 270667
Summary: zfs: size 0 files in /usr/local/etc after pkg upgrade
                    -f after base 2a58b312b62f
           Product: Base System
           Version: CURRENT
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: kern
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: throwaway_vthgwq4@protonmail.com

Kernels built after base 2a58b312b62f (bisected) have a bug:
After pkg upgrade -f, new size 0 files appear in /usr/local/etc, e.g.
/usr/local/etc/dbus-1/session.conf appears, which should not exist.

-CURRENT as of base 96aedfd5c93e still has the bug. I have a MINIMAL-based
kernel, ZFS root on top of geli and nvd, and I didn't do zpool upgrade. For
bisecting, only "make buildkernel" is sufficient, with no need of buildworld.
