[Bug 267826] awk(1) functions or(), and() and xor() broken when used with more than 2 args

Some more info:
- according to src/contrib/one-true-awk/ChangeLog, the bitwise functions are
from OpenBSD's awk, which never allowed more than 2 args
- src/contrib/one-true-awk/awk.1 also doesn't mention more than 2 args
- however, src/usr.bin/awk/awk.1 does mention it and reflects the old behaviour
- I'm unable to find any mention of the change that happened in any ChangeLog
- I grep'ed through the system's .awk files to see if more than two args are in
use anywhere, which isn't the case, so I changed the PR's Importance to
"affects some people"

So, I think a valid fix could also be to stay more in line with the OpenBSD
version, and simply fix the manpage at src/usr.bin/awk/awk.1
