Just for more info in same error:
During this print if executing "./storcli64 /c0 show prrate"
Then it show controller is not available.
./storcli64 /c0 show prrate
Operating system = FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE-p7
Controller = 0
Status = Failure
Description = Controller 0 not found

During this time prints comes as
mrsas0: Cannot build MPT-MFI passthru cmd.
mrsas0: Cannot build MPT cmd.
mrsas0: Cannot issue DCMD internal command.
mrsas0: Cannot build MPT-MFI passthru cmd.
mrsas0: Cannot build MPT cmd.
...
