UPDATE:
I tried Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on ZFS root. I installed several big packages and
manually unpacked several big archives and scrubbed the drive multiple times. 
No checksum error occured on Ubuntu and everything seems fine for Linux so I
assume in this case this must be FreeBSD specific.

I'll also attach dmesg output below if it helps.
