Our stable/13 branch was last September, so we already have 032bf749fd4 (the
permanent fix for the problem that reverting 367492 temporarily fixed).

Is "trunking" an ESX term?  That could be it, though we don't see this problem
at mount time.  It only shows up later, after the load gets high.

I've uploaded the pcap file to freefall.  It's in my home directory, named
"slc-rb-nesx4.pcap8560".
