Certain setups where external tool-chains are used and WITHOUT_LLD=yes is set
lack an "ld" command, causing dtrace command to fail. See bug 257525. This was
added in fb24b944:

I guess the nice thing to do here would be to have dtrace check for an LD
environment variable and use that if set, falling back to plain "LD".
