Patch fixes the issue

According to /etc/defaults/rc.conf, devmatch_blacklist would hold a list of
modules (w/o .ko) to exclude from devmatch.

Meanwhile in /etc/rc.d/devmatch, every module name attempted to load with .ko
is tested against devmatch_blacklist and test always fails.
