[Bug 257314] FBSD 13 crash after some KDE parts crash supposing out of swap space

yes I know, but it is saying out of swap space, well we can be suspicious that
memory was out, but wasn't and swap also not

for monitor purposes I have the terminal(konsole) always open, specially since
this crashes ocurre 

I believe that Gimp is the first caller, because it happened so far only when I
was working with gimp, then I believe plasma desktop goes away and  with it
everything what is open ... this both are my primary suspects but still it
makes no sense because there is not much swap use at all and always free memory
available ... that's the point which I need to find
