Whilst I can't comment on the details of the kernel panic, I see the AHCI reset
immediately prior to panic. 

Prior to the reset, repeatedly: 

> (ada4:ahcich5:0:0:0): CAM status: Uncorrectable parity/CRC error

Maybe a hardware issue?
