The Waveshare SIM7600G-H 4G HAT.

The IoT SIM provider I've used before now sells a '12 month' f= lat rate SIM. I had tinkered with a prior model SIM that allowed 64kbit/sec= continuous bandwidth, and the newer model is rated for 750kbit/sec instead= .

The project idea is to see if this data rate= would allow for a general communications device, allowing that phone servi= ce and SMS are excluded from the data plan.

We are working on the same project.

Which one ?

After having looked fo= r a better SOC we have ended using the Pi=20 Zero 2W. For a start it's ok. Even though there aren't so many=20 alternatives at the moment. Are you a developer ? Tell me something more ab= out your technical choices. Which display do you want to use ?

Have you loo= ked at the Waveshare boards as an easy way to get a prototyping system pull= ed together?

But what I want to know is how compat= ible it is with FreeBSD. Are there some huge unfixed bugs ? Problems with H= DMI or whatever ? thanks.
