MMCCAM metabug

 Hello all,

 I've created a metabug for all MMCCAM issues that I know (there might
be more of course).
 Of course bugzilla sucks at this for the metabug itself but the tree
is ok I think :

 If you have any bugs not listed there don't hesitate to create one and
add it in the metabug (no idea if anyone can do that so if this isn't
the case just add a comment on the metabug and I'll add the depends).

 Almost all of them are required to be fixed before we switch any arch
to use MMCCAM by default so if you have any spare time don't hesitate to
contact me.
