That's not as simple as it looks in your comment Miroslav. Apparently, after
disabling ASLR for the Apache binary everything is fine with SIGUSR1, but the
real problem is when the log is rotated. With ASRL disabled for the binary,
Apache sometimes dies, and sometimes survives log rotation. It doesn't make
much difference, since the surviving process is not functional. Perhaps during
the log rotation not only SIGUSR1 is sent, but other factors come to play.
