    pathconf.2: Update man page for the _PC_NAMEDATTR_ENABLED flag
    
    This patch updates the man page for the _PC_NAMEDATTR_ENABLED flag.
    
    Another man page that explains named attributes will
    be introduced in a future commit.
    
    This is a content change.
