    linuxkpi: Add <linux/acpi_amd_wbrf.h>
    
    This header implements several stub functions that, on Linux, are used
    when `CONFIG_AMD_WBRF` is not set at build time.
    
    The amdgpu DRM driver started to use it in Linux 6.8.
