Testing with mjg@ earlier today revealed that block_cloning was not the 
cause of poudriere bulk build (and similar cp(1)/install(1)-based) 
corruption, although may have exacerbated it.

Due to non-deterministic conditions, there...kind of isn't one. Best is 
probably just poudriere bulk builds.
