    libcrypto: fix the FIPS provider on amd64
    
    This corrects the list of source files required for the FIPS provider.
    
    To test:
    
    ```
    INSTALL PASSED
    enter AES-128-CBC encryption password:
    Verifying - enter AES-128-CBC encryption password:
