    tcp: style the struct tcpcb definition
    
    - Use C99 types uintXX_t instead of u_intXX_t.
    - Try to make space/tab usage a little bit more consistent.
    - Shorten comments to fit into 80 chars.
    
    Not a functional change, just making future changes easier to read.
