audio/openal-soft: Disable C11 threads
Use POSIX threads instead to avoid undefined symbols. Applications may
not start after the last update with errors such as:
ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libopenal.so.1: Undefined symbol
"tss_create"
