Not to mention that the change itself is wrong anyways. Yuzu didn't
change its license, so LICENSE shouldn't be changed. LICENSE_PERMS are
dictated by LICENSE, so these are wrong too.

The change is abusing the license framework to solve different
problem. And this is why, Eugene, you'd better ask first.
