Uhm... I'm quite sure we've never done that in the past as those would
automatically would be rebuilt anyway.

From what I can tell having a quick look neither
toools/bump_revision.pl [http://revision.pl] or
tools/search_lib_depends_and_bump.sh [http://bump.sh] do that?
