Hi.
This doesn't build both on poudriere and on bare-metal environment.
The file ${WRKSRC}/LICENSE actually doesn't exist and fail.
Commenting out LICENSE_FILE= line fixed the issue at least for `make`
on bare-metal /usr/ports/textproc/exempi/.
