What is the basis to consider 13.2-RELEASE as unaffected/fixed? I wonder whether to unblock LTO in my ports, all of which enable it by default. https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/4b09cb2b16eb has only been backported to Clang 16. However, FreeBSD 13.2 has Clang 14 while FreeBSD 14.0 will probably have Clang 15.
