It simply means 0.10.1 (with possible PORTREIVSION=C2=A0bump).

But we don't know now will 0.10.1.x be compatible with 0.10.1 or not.

That's why I use <0.10.1_99 rather than <0.10.2 whi= ch could possibly include unexpected versions.
