I think we may have to do a mass renaming for case-sensitivity at some 
point, especially when we have ports that do not match package name to 
PORTNAME (textproc/py-yaml comes to mind). Even though the current 
standard regards package names as case-insensitive, it mentions that 
"tools consuming wheels must be prepared to accept [...] uppercase 
letters, however, as these were allowed by an earlier version of this 
specification." [0]
