I'm not there yet (other stuff in the pipeline) and still running dbus-1.12.0,1 (but the most current firefox and thunderbird, of course) and do not see any problem. I'll need some time to update (there's the rust bump... and dbus itself is in the dependency path for a lot of ports, too), so let's try to narrow this down before I go on a wild goose chase.
