This has to be moved to post-install-EMBED-on:. Otherwise, the error occurs:
strip: open /usr/ports/lang/php81/work/stage//usr/local/lib/libphp.so
failed: No such file or directory

BTW, the superfluous / before PREFIX can be removed.
