Yes, because of eric6 which is still active updating and maintained.

Double-check the list for activity in port? Nah, skipped.
Contact maintainer before wipe out? Nah, skipped.
Webengine and py27 was dropped before? No, it is still here.

A big part of portstree depends on webengine and have outdated exriration date by half of year and more and noone try to wipe it outtta there.
