Hell no. Each of these changes will have to be maintained, and I'm rather
thinking of reducing our patchset instead of adding more.
Also, your adblocker already takes care of this - there is nothing
to "measure", that ship has left the port like 10 years ago (yes, there
are the poor suckers whose browser-vedor is just killing their
adblocker interface, but that's not our problem here).
